Admission Process

Enrollment Process

1: The applicant inquiries about DBC and receives the required enrollment material.


2: The applicant submits the application and required materials.


3: DBC reviews the submitted materials.

DBC processes and contacts the applicant regarding any other needed document. After approving the applicant, DBC sends to the applicant his/her Certificate of Eligibility, which is issued by the Japanese Government's Ministry of Justice.


4: DBC receives payment for the applicant.

The applicant receives from DBC the Certificate of Admission and a Japanese Residence Certificate that DBC processed on behalf of the applicant.


5: The applicant proceeds with the process for entering Japan.

The applicant confirms the validity of his/her visa and passport.


6: The applicant arrives in Japan.

DBC escorts the applicant from the airport to the school.
